The day of the move I recieve a phone call from UHAUL that whoever showed up to pick up my box did not have a drivers license and that they themselves would make delivery of the box. It took me calling the movers 7 times before they would answer and they stated we have it handled, we will be there in 10 mins. UHAUL showed up with my box. Finally the so called movers showed up 45 minutes later. What a joke. I had 1 UHAUL box for them to load and it was primarily boxes with little furniture. I ended up going in there after they left to rearrange some of the items so they would not get damaged during the move. Instead of paying for this I should have paid a lot less for two random people to load it. This company does not know how to communicate. I should have known from initial contact something would go awry.

This was our second time using JJs Quick Move LLC for our move, once in the summer last year and again this summer. Each time, they exceeded our expectations with their outstanding service. Guys were an hour late but we were notified that they would be late so it wasn't an issue. They got right to work and we're able to complete the job in 2 hours instead of 4. I really appreciated their help getting everything unloaded and sorted and with bringing in the items I requested. Thank you!
