Helpers were punctual and very helpful, however they sprung an extra fee on us the day of services that was more than the previous charges, more than doubling the original cost. Had this been communicated to us in a timely manner, we would have declined their services and booked through someone else. Receiving this information the day of did not allow time for us to book alternate labor help and we were forced to go with them. (We had used this company once before without any extra fees.) In the end, the owner agreed to not charge us anything extra, so we are grateful for that. However it took time out of our day to go back and forth and come to an agreement.
