Mr. Alexander was on time and arrived ready to work. He was friendly, professional, and amazingly talented at making a lot of furniture fit in a smaller truck. His colleague, Michael, was almost two hours late, but Mr. Alexander made up for it by himself. The move went an hour and a half longer than expected due to Michael’s tardiness, but they did not charge me for the extra time and in fact Mr. Alexander even stayed to help us load a vehicle trailer after the loading was completed. Recommend.
