The guys were really nice. But it took 30 minutes for them to bring my washer and dryer up from my basement. Seemed like they didn’t know how to strap it on the appliances dolly. Had to help bring boxes up which if I didn’t, then they would have left before unloading the truck. We did have that much stuff, so we were a bit disappointed on what got done in 3 hours.

The loading team was fantastic! They worked efficiently and had the entire house packed into the truck in under 2 hours. They handled everything with care and made sure all items were safely loaded and secure. I’m really impressed with their speed - highly recommend!
