I had some serious problems with picking up my moving truck (thanks, U-Haul), and the guys were super patient and flexible as I had to keep pushing back the moving time. We did have some big miscommunications during the actual moving process that caused a lot of inconvenience for me. I thought I'd said I wanted my suitcases at the front of the truck (i.e., in the cab), but for some reason, the guys put them in the back of the truck behind all my other stuff. I had to stop on the first night of my trip and buy new clothes because there was no way I could get to the ones I already owned! The guys also somehow missed one of my suitcases altogether, meaning I got to my destination 1200+ miles later and had no swimsuit in the middle of June.
