The helpers arrived 30 minutes late and rushed thru the move finishing in 3 hours despite being paid for 4. Each person would carry heavy items by themselves instead of working together. They broke a drawer that fell out while they carried a night stand over their shoulder. A dresser had the back come loose. They tore a heavy duty mattress cover and damaged the mattress within. Several items where chipped and scratched even after we had wrapped them in plastic wrap. We had an oversized truck and plenty of blankets and ropes that they didn't use. There was no excuse for the shoddy work.

They were great! Showed up right on time and had my whole apartment packed in the moving truck in a little over an hour. I didn't have any straps and one of the guys ran to the store and bought me some. They were very kind, helpful and quick.

These guys are outstanding!! They called prior and showed up earlier than scheduled (finished other jobs before me faster than expected), efficient, courteous with our stuff, and were happy to oblige loading the trailer the way I wanted. I’ve moved a lot over the years and I’m kinda particular (mostly OCD). They were knowledgeable and could have easily loaded it without my guidance too. Highly recommend!!
