Everything was wonderful! They arrived early to get started and had flexibility to stay longer if we needed. They were so knowledgeable in what they were doing - they finagled our couch through tight hallways and doorways without damaging anything , they communicated what they were doing, they also knew the freight elevator processes of our new apartment better than we did! Overall I would definitely use them again, and probably pay to keep them longer!!
