I've had PTSD from other u-haul movers cancelling on me day-of my move so I was very hesitant to book again through Uhaul. However, Ray guaranteed that would not happen -- and he fulfilled his promise! Ray was awesome to coordinate with to secure the (2) movers during the weekend right after xmas. The guys (shoutout to Thomas and Troy!) arrived on time, did a walk through of the property, and then immediately got to work! They did such a great job wrapping my furniture in blankets and plastic wrap and ensuring the items were packed as strategically as possible in my storage pods. They didn't complain once of the gross rainy weather day we had. Ray also checked-in via text during the actual move to ensure everything was going well and proactively informed me that my movers would need more time than I originally booked. I highly recommend Ray and his team at DC Movers -- affordable, communicative, efficient, and great customer service. Thank you!
