We do come with our own materials to be able to ensure the safety of your items during transit. We are experienced in extensive packing,loading and unloading services. Please keep in mind when booking the amount of time needed for both load and unload services.
We had an incredible experience with Mitch, Mat, and Aaron from Thompson Relocation. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they truly went above and beyond to overcome challenges caused by failures on U-Haul’s end. Despite one of their team members being involved in an accident while transporting one of our U-Boxes, they still managed to get all five boxes delivered and unpacked for us. Their dedication and professionalism were unmatched, and we are so grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend their services!
