I am not quite satisfied with your team requesting tips, although it is part of the culture here in the US. I expected the work to be completed within an hour, and they accomplished it within the timeframe. The extra hour of work is clearly a company bonus. I appreciate the effort they put in, and as a token of appreciation for their hard work, I gave them two bottles of expensive wine. However, shortly after, they requested a tip worth approximately USD 100 for both of them. Additionally, I received another phone messages from them, requesting an additional USD 100. I am unsure if his phone has been compromised by malware, but this behavior feels highly unprofessional and unethical. Based on this experience, I will proceed with giving a one-star rating for such service. I regret any inconvenience caused.

The movers were great. They expertly packed everything needed in the moving truck for my move. For the unloading they finished early despite my new apartment being on the fourth floor of a building without and elevator. They handled everything with care so nothing was damaged from the move. I would hire DC Top Choice Movers for my next move.
