Jim and Trey were pros. They came in, assessed the move, then structured a plan to make it happen. They were very considerate of our items, and treated the move with care. They communicated during each step of the move what was going to happen next, eg, how they'd load the truck, how they'd unload the truck, their strategy for moving big items. These movers were truly exceptional! They were communicative in advance about how much stuff I had and the truck size and padding I would need. They showed up on time and were able to complete the loading early. Everything was packed securely and made it the 8 hour drive - including a full length mirror that I was sure was too risky. I’m so grateful for the relief they gave me for such a stressful experience!!
