The phone number was never answered. It was either busy or just kept ringing. I only ever received a call from the main coordinator. They gave an estimated time of getting back to me once we determined time expectations and how much help was needed, but instead of the 5-10 minutes for a callback, it was an hour and a half. But, when movers were able to stop by, they gave phone and text updates on estimated arrival. When they arrived, they were quick and so very helpful.
