Justin and his son were amazing. They are very hard working and outstanding individuals. They finished unloading for us early despite having to go up THREE flights of steep stairs. I paid for three hours two men. It ended up being a six hour job because both of the men got into an argument and started fighting. They damaged my walls. There are holes, spots, dirt and handprints all over my entire home. It got so bad that only one of the guys moved my stuff while the other guy sat around, which made a three hour job turn into six hours which resulted in the guy who finished the job to ask me to pay him cash for the additional three hours. He also sent me a text message saying the owner fired him which was of no concern of mine because if you were sent by the owner, you represent the company. I tried to contact the owner several times. He has failed to return my call or text messages. Worst experience.
