A1MOVINGSERVICES were outstanding, I wish I could rate them 10 stars. On a Sunday a different company I hired, quit after they loaded the truck this was mid job. A1MOVINGSERVICES rescued me, they were there within two hours on a Sunday. I was so impressed! They asked what I wanted and really listened. They unloaded the truck and placed everything where I wanted it. They were professional, personable, quick, and took care with everything as if they were completing their own move.

This moving company is the best I have ever used. The staff were friendly and professional but also moved my items with care and precision the packing and placement of my boxes was exemplary. Very quick and efficient.

I hired this company to load my 26foot uhaul truck at our Virginia home for our move to Florida. They took the doors off of my 2 year old GE side by side Refrigerator to get it out of the door. They loaded the Refrigerator and when we unloaded the truck in Florida we only had 1 door and the Refrigerator had a dent in the side. We called our neighbors to check our old house for the other door. They sent pictures of the refrigerator door left outside on the deck at the house in Virginia. They also found the bolts to our king size bed and wooden spindles that go to the bed outside. We also have pictures of deep scratches on the top of our chest of drawers that was loaded by them. I am very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this company. They were 2 hours late getting to us and when I contacted them about the issues of the refigerator I got a response back that they were upset about working in the rain, nothing about reimbursing me for my refrigerator.

Scheduled 8 hours for a load and unload. Movers should up at 4pm and left at 8pm with the job not complete. Movers stated they would be back the next day to finish the job and took the payment code (did not know I had a choice to not give it to them). Did not hear from them until 4pm the next day to only be told they will not make it as they need to finish the job they are on. Guess my job was not important. I had to hire other movers and rent another truck to finish a job that was already paid for. Stay away from A1 movers!
