Communication all over the place. Thought I was other clients at times. Service was the worst. I live far from freight elevator asked workers to maximize time by loading all at one. Freight elevators is wide and tall. They took several trips up and down not maximizing space. The loading of the items on the truck was awful. No organization and thought on how things should fit. It looked like they just threw things in there. There was a lot of free space and gaps for items to shift. Packing is like the game of Tetris. Arrived at the 2nd location, where one working was throwing things from the truck to the pile of furniture wraps on the grass. No care for customers belongings. Unfortunately, my tv was damaged during the moving process and the company told me it was my fault. He told me they’re just movers and are not responsible for broken things. I believe if they would have taken proper steps to secure or educate, my tv wouldn’t be broken.

Manny and his team of 2 came and got my stuff packed and unpacked in 2 hours. Highly recommend. They were friendly, knowledgeable and even helped me where to place my furniture in the new apartment.
