Overall a good experience. Seemed to rush through the move, paid for 2 hours and finished in 1.25 hours. Could have taken a little more care in keeping items clean and safely moved. Were polite and had a good attitude.

Our movers day-of were fantastic and on time! The services booked on U-Haul didn’t accurately reflect the company’s policy, however (2 hour minimum for load only, does not include unload). Could be an issue with Moving Help’s site. The initial communication from Comet Movers was a bit confusing. Nevertheless, we sorted it out by calling Comet Movers and they were flexible and responsive.
