The Alliance mover team was outstanding. They were efficient and did an incredible job packaging everything securely and safely into the Uhaul. The load did not shift one bit on our 10 hour drive through the mountains.

Movers arrived early. They quickly assessed what we had to move and started in. The 1BR apartment was moved down from the 8th floor and securely loaded into the truck. It was packed and secured properly with no issues. Both movers were polite and efficient.

The 2 gentlemen that helped me move were polite. However, communication with me and themselves was lacking. One was very careful w the items, the other was more risky as and a result, my metal coffee tables were scratched, my chairs had stains, and my mattress got dirty. I was charged for 6 hours, that are not reflected on the u haul site. The move did take 6 hours, but should not have taken that long. The first 4 hours were just loading up the truck to a one bedroom 1st floor condo. Everything was already packed wrapped except for a large tv and a mirror. I’ve moved often and this should have take just a smidge less than the 4 hours. Local move to load and unload. There was no call communication at the end of the 4 hrs to discuss the rate or now to pay for the additional time. Not all items fit in the truck due to the teams communication style. I hard to pay for a second set of movers from a different company to finish the rest. In total, I paid over $800 for a 1 bedroom move.
