They arrived on time and quickly loaded my items into the truck (tip given). However, when they realized that they did not have as many boxes as expected for the truck size I asked them to move some boxes from the attic lower since I would be unloading the boxes myself. They did not. Also, when they stacked the furniture pieces into the truck (e.g. table tops,bed headboards,baseboards,sideboards) they stacked them between boxes so they were going across the truck from drivers side to passenger side vice with the truck length from front to rear. This meant that as I drove the truck the boxes,furniture moved from going uphill,downhill and starting,stopping, creating a wall of tumbled boxes (some very heavy) over the against the furniture, which was no longer standing up but also partially falling down. It was very difficult to remove these items and would have been much easier if these specific furniture items had been loaded differently (e.g. along the length of the truck). Some damage.

I am a return customer and had a great experience with them during my last move; however, things did not go well this time. I originally reserved a 2 hour load and unload job as I did not have a lot of things to move. They called me the day prior to my move to tell me load and unload jobs require a 4 hour commitment. This was not indicated anywhere when I made the reservation and I would not have booked them had I know. Also, if that is their policy why was I able to make a 2 hour reservation in the first place? I agreed as it was too late for me to book another company. Day of move, the job was completed in under 2 hours. I asked them if they could refund at least one of the 2 additional hours I paid for or assist my roommate with one load. They refused. This was after paying for 4 hours of work that was completed in less than 2 hours. To make matters worse, I get home to find that my tv was broken during the move. Very disappointed and do not recommend this company.
