HORRIBLE. The helpers damaged parts of the wall within my condo's hallway and took a chunk out of my neighbor's front door frame. My neighbor came out and confronted them. The helpers denied doing the damage and swore at him. I had to pay for this. They also did not bring tools to help make up my bed, then said they could run to ACE hardware but I would have to pay for the tools even tho I already asked them to do this. DAMAGED MY UBOX front door and did not know until I went downstairs to look and they were gone! I had to pay $75 for this. Also, they scammed me with my bed. When they left I noticed they did not fully put it together because the planks were not screwed down and they hid parts of the bed so I wouldn't notice. I sent them $300 thru cashapp for building the bed and staying an extra hour. Found out, that the movers can't ask for more $. The owner is rude and nasty. He stopped me mid-sentence and said he did not want to hear anything because I won't get a dime out of him.

This was not a good experience. One of the workers was competent and more efficient and careful. One worker seemed inexperienced and less attentive to damage. Though they worked very hard, they damaged multiple items. In addition to damaging our stairs in multiple places, there was also damage to two sofas, one dresser, and the hose on our washing machine. We have not yet turned on the washing machine and are hoping it is not broken. Again, they worked very hard, but their work could have been easier and caused less damage if they had proper equipment such as straps for carrying bulky items. Also, one worker seemed to have much more concern for damage than the other did. If both had the same concern for damage, it would have been a much more satisfactory move. We have pictures to document some of the damage and are happy to forward them. Thank you.

The young men were on time and very courteous, they were very friendly and moved every thing into the truck in a timely manner with little to no support from me. They were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who would require assistance moving. Thank you
