Patrick and his team were amazing. They communicated clearly ahead of the move date, even sending me a calendar event with the name and phone number of each mover. They arrived 15 minutes early (and patiently waited as I was running 10 minutes late). And as soon as they got to the unit, they got to work. They were quick, efficient, and hardworking. They also fit everything perfectly into my moving truck, even though it was a lot of stuff and the truck seemed too small to me. Finally, they stayed over our designated time to finish the job, without charging me extra. You can’t go wrong with Smooth Moves; I highly recommend them!
