First-Class Moving Services

After instructions on how to load for removal at the destination was ignored, I had to reload about a third of truck after a mile and a half from storage building to my house for next day departure. One piece of furniture had broken. They were nice gentlemen but wouldn't listen to suggestions. Spent another 2 hours after they loaded just securing the remaining load from further breakage. Not being able to reload the entire truck, I am not confident more damage will occur on the 4 hour journey to come. They were confident it all would fit. Just might not arrive intact. Really hate paying for a service and then having to redo some of it. They did load the truck per contract, but I assumed the load would survive. Extremely dissatisfied! Instead of the tip requested below, I should get some money back!

Movers were 2.5 hours later, scuffed up walls, and charged me for 2 hours but were only there for 25 minutes.

Our movers were so professional and top notch. They were finished the job in about an hour, they were so patient and easy going. I cannot thank Noah and his team enough, I will def use them in the future if needs require. I give them 10 out of 10 across the board
