This company by far exceeded my expectations and but my stress level at ease from day one. Having the owner Mr. Hudson reach out to me as soon as I booked his services was a relief. Communication was reliable, pleasant and efficient. When they arrived they were nothing but pleasant, helpful, quick and considerate. I plan on using their services again to haul away some things from my home. I’m not sure why the person before me complained and last such a disparaging review. I solely chose Urban Gorillaz based on all the glowing reviews I read, and now have experienced myself

1 star is too high. They were new at unloading a truck. Complained dresser and chest to heavy. Broke tv stand because picked up by top. They wanted to put everything in living room. Had to be told how to get recliner thru door because it ‘ wouldn’t fit’. Would not suggest using them to load or unload.

I cannot say enough good things about the moving helpers from Urban Gorillas. They were patient, kind, attentive to my moving needs, helped with my understanding of certain furniture placements in the moving work, and accomplished everything I asked. I would have asked them to stay even longer if I had been free to continue the moving work with my overloaded storage area that day. I recommend them for all moving needs.
