This was hands down the most pleasant experience having these helpers to load and offload for us during the move. Moving is already a stressful time and they went out of their way to listen, help and provide great suggestions. Would give more stars if possible!!!

The overall experience was very good--the two gentlemen who came to help us move were polite and gentle with our furniture. Would recommend them again. The initial reservation could have been a little smoother--I had to call to ensure they were booked.

This company by far exceeded my expectations and but my stress level at ease from day one. Having the owner Mr. Hudson reach out to me as soon as I booked his services was a relief. Communication was reliable, pleasant and efficient. When they arrived they were nothing but pleasant, helpful, quick and considerate. I plan on using their services again to haul away some things from my home. I’m not sure why the person before me complained and last such a disparaging review. I solely chose Urban Gorillaz based on all the glowing reviews I read, and now have experienced myself

1 star is too high. They were new at unloading a truck. Complained dresser and chest to heavy. Broke tv stand because picked up by top. They wanted to put everything in living room. Had to be told how to get recliner thru door because it ‘ wouldn’t fit’. Would not suggest using them to load or unload.
