I feel bad leaving a poor review, but the guys were genuinely pretty unhelpful. They needed constant direction, tried to lift as little as they could, and complained a lot. We even bought them drinks trying to improve their mood to no avail. We had to move most of the boxes ourselves both in and out of the truck, because they had barely touched them almost an hour into moving out, and we had a one bedroom apartment's worth of stuff. They took several smoke breaks while in the building's hallways as well. The most frustrating part is that my girlfriend has had to have surgery on both her knees, so getting up and down the stairs is very difficult for her. However, if me and her both hadn't helped, we would've never been able to meet the 3 hour deadline we paid for. They seemed like cool people, but unfortunately just did a very poor job. Wouldn't recommend.

I am still shocked at how awful this experience was. I have to move every 3-4 months and I hire movers every single time. These people have clearly NEVER loaded a truck before. They started with loading light furniture first then boxes(?) Stacking the heaviest boxes on top of the lightest, destroying the lighter items. We tried to guide them but it was impossible to get them to do anything correctly. They finally left and we were left to UNLOAD what they did wrong and re-load the correct way. Everything fit perfectly, as we knew it would if it was done CORRECTLY. Moving is a challenge no matter what but this experience made everything so so much worse. Shame on this company for doing this to people and pretending to be professional movers. They did nothing but add a bunch of stress and take my money.

The two boys showed up more than 15 minutes late, didn’t introduce themselves, and didn’t seem to have a plan. They were friendly when spoken to, but we needed to direct them constantly. They knocked things over and ripped one of our bed covers on the truck. We would not use this company again.
