Truly excellent service !! Roger and his team guided us in parallel parking our 15-ft truck on a narrow, one-way street; carefully and gently moved over 20 fragile boxes down 4 flights of stairs; strategically and masterfully loaded the u-haul to minimize shifting during the drive; and gave us (solicited!) tips for navigating the long drive ahead. Roger and his team were professional, kind, and fun to work with! A great start to a very long and otherwise stressful day. Cannot recommend enough! 10 out of 10!

Amazing Amazing! So kind- hard working- arrived early- confirmation call - great on guidance and advice! I had to move fast and was super disorganized- they arrived and were super kind and patient and gave me great packing advice as the day went along- definitely hiring again - out of 12 moves I’ve made over the past 20 years they were the best !!

Roger was absolutely wonderful. He arrived on time, communicated without throughout the move, and handled everything with care. Very very kind man. Worked hard and efficiently. He helped us load everything from our old apartment into the U-Haul and then drove to our new apartment and unloaded everything. It was all done within 3 hours. Would absolutely work with him again.

This is my second time using Star Force, Roger and Kirk were absolute professionals. Super quick, very courteous, and hard workers. They had excellent communication and arrived ahead of time.
