The worst movers I ever met even though they asked for the highest price I ever paid! Simply NOT worth it! Being late for 30 minutes. They just do NOT know how to move furniture, and my couch was broken once they move my couch in! They put items down very uncurious. Several items of mine were damaged! I moved certain expensive items myself. They saw that, then they picked the lightest items to move and left heavy items to me! Myself moved one-third of this job! They do NOT only slow down their jobs on purpose, but also used bathroom for multiple time within 1 hour. They were hired for moving, but they asked several times to clean. Later I realized they just want to kill time and scam. I let them go within 2 hours since they started the job. But they told their manager they did an extra hour and asked me for extra money. After the job done, these two movers told me that them did extra hour and try to charge me for their bathroom time, being late, and worst job!

Jeff and Davionte were amazing. They patiently waited for us as we were almost an hour late due to traffic. They were super polite and hustled! They were done in no time and were very careful with our items. Overall, very professional, efficient and personable. Would highly recommend!

Integrity Moving Service was communicative, friendly, and efficient during my move into Charlottesville. The price was quite reasonable for unloading my items from the truck and into my new apartment (particularly, because the unit is not on the ground-floor in a complex with no elevators). I was surprised and highly appreciative of the flexibility with which the company was able to coordinate with changes in my arrival time in the days leading up to my appointment. I would recommend Integrity Moving Service to anyone moving into or leaving Charlottesville (or the surrounding locations they serve). Shout out to Omar and Omar for helping with my evening move-in.
