STAY AWAY! ABSOLUTE HORROR SHOW & A SCAM ARTIST. I paid for three helpers for two hours, and only two guys showed up. Neither spoke English, which I didn't mind because my mother-in-law speaks Spanish. Then I contacted the owner, Carlos, who told me I had to pay an extra $75 for the third guy. I texted him my receipt showing I paid for three helpers, and he said it doesn't work that way. I said I've used UHaul moving services for five moves, and this has never happened before until now. Three guys always showed up. After i agreed to the extra $75 because his other two guys were dragging, he showed up an hour and a half later. After all that, they destroyed my dresser, scratched my marble dining room table, ripped a hole in my mattress, and scratched the hardwood floors in our place. At the end, the helper asked me for the $75 and said I could Venmo or Zelle them the money. I SAID HELL NO. I then confronted Carlos about all these issues, and I've never heard back from him.
