Several items were found broken when the trailer was unloaded (a desk lamp, the book shelf) additionally, the majority of the hardware necessary to reassemble the furniture was missing. Finally, a number of items were dragged along the deck of the trailer which resulted in scrape marks and severe discoloration of the affected wood ( the wood desk, the other side of the book shelf not split due to mishandling).

The guys did an amazing job at unloading the truck - an entire one bedroom apt in just one hour. Very efficient (although a few minor scratches were inevitable due to no elevator). Highly recommend!

After moving from Texas I did not know anyone to help with a small job of resourcing furniture from a purchased location to my new home. Corren did not hesitate to coordinate help.
