King Tuckers moving and junk removal

Due to 2 of their movers cancelling day of they sent two women to move my items. Not only did it take 3.5 hours to move my 540sqft apt when I received my items they were completely damaged and clearly mishandled by the movers negligence. The total in damages to my belongings amounts roughly to $1200, where there are chips taken out of wood furniture, scratches where the movers dragged my furniture on the pavement and one of my heaviest items, my TV console, was completely crumbled upon moving. All of my boxes were also completely damaged and crushed, some even had dents in the box where it looked like they kicked the box, another one that was marked in multiple areas as fragile was packed upside down in the uBox and also crushed. I have filed a dispute with them and they have since ghosted me after I sent them the images they requested of my items damaged. I would NOT recommend them as you may not receive your items intact and want to pay them nearly $500 to move you...

I used the company to pack up my Ubox containers last week. One of the young men assisted last week, and a new one assisted him with unpacking today at our new place. Both young men were so pleasant, professional, & efficient. Again, they unpacked in no time. None of my things were damaged and I am so pleased with the work! I will be referring the company to anyone I know who needs moving assistance!

2 of the 3 movers present were absolutely fantastic. They communicated openly and well, treated our stuff with care, and the one packing the truck filled up every possible cubic inch of space like a pro. However, one of them smelled like weed, was very difficult to communicate with, and dropped one of our very fragile boxes (after being told that it was extremely fragile) because he stacked it on top of multiple other boxes on a dolly and it fell off when he moved the stack.
