I received loading help for a 26 foot uhaul. Charlie kept me informed throughout the scheduling process and asked detailed questions to be sure he knew what I needed to get the job done. The movers did not pack my U-Haul with care. Additionally they took too long to to load the truck and did not utilize the equipment I had purchased. Upon arrival there weee several damaged items and the glass in my moms hutch was broken. There also was several items that fell out and almost hit me.
