Calling them professionals is like calling a toddler with a plastic shovel a professional sandcastle builder. They both move stuff around, but accomplish zero results! Late does not begin to describe their tardiness. They confirmed they would arrive between 2-3 pm. Instead they arrive after 4 pm! They do so without any tools or work gloves and without apology. During what they made to be a arduous process of moving a sectional sofa, they put a hole in the wall. I had provided instructions on where the furniture and wardrobe boxes were to be unloaded. Only the sectional sofa made it to the proper room, with a number of boxes and other items never finding their place on the second floor. Aside from the few large items they carried (albeit muddled), I would have been the better to ask friends and family to do the job.

Not only were they an hour and a half late and text 20min before they got there only bc I had to reach out to ask an ETA, you couldn’t help to not smell the weed on their clothing, one of the gentlemen was beyond rude and I can’t even count how many boxes they dropped, no I’m sorry no nothing just picked them up and threw them in the truck. They worked a total of an hour and ended up getting paid for 3 since it was pre paid. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who values their time and belongings
