I sent the email that states 2 men for 3hrs. I called and explained what i needed. 3men 4hrs. I'd $365 and agreed to pay extra 65 for 3rd man. I was told the night before via call that they wood arrive between 1 and 2pm on the 7th. Showed at 12pm and my son was still trying to get the uhaul. Only 2 men showed I was told it was a scheduling problem. I was understood that they would be for 4 hrs. They had not emptied my apt and atvthat time wasvtold for only 3 hrs and not 4. Had to leave some of my furniture behind. By the the time we arrived at the move in address in Newport News. There was no time to unload. They offered to come back the next day and be charged again for unloading. I tried to rediscuss the issues but was still just offered to return for pay the next day. So basically, in my opinion, I paid for a full service and only recvd half of what I paid for. I found someone else that was able to come the next day for less than what this company would have charged me.
