Precise Carriers

Called to schedule the delivery of my (loaded) box, and on the morning of the move, Precise Movers told me there was no record of a pickup and they would have to wait. After 3 hours, I called Precise Carriers who told me they had another job but would be back AND they had already dropped off the box at my apartment but NOT in the designated area for move-in or -out. After 1.5 hours I called and nobody answered. I finally got a call from another mover who completed the job, over 6 hours later. The new guys were fast and efficient, but this doesn’t make up for the poor communication, inaccessibility, and irresponsibility of Precise Movers. Very dissatisfied.

They were able to move a large sectional couch and L-shaped standing desk through a narrow door without disassembling and without complaint! They also were able to strategically stuff 2 bedrooms worth of stuff into a 20’ UHaul! They’re truly magical and worth the $.
