The movers broke a bunch of things, left giant dings in the walls at my old house that i had to repair. The mover guys had to ride in the moving truck with me because they didn’t have their own transportation and one of them asked me to stop at Wawa and buy him a black & mild lol. Then after the job and seeing all the stuff the movers broke, the owner Marcus directed me to release payment directly without asking for the payment code. He suggested that I needed to pursue a refund with UHaul instead of him directly which is the proper procedure. Then after I had called support because something didn’t feel right, I texted Marcus asking about a refund and he predictably ghosted me. Do not use this company, super shady and u professional.
