The U-HAUL app didn't notify the company that we'd scheduled services for the following day until we made a change on the app the next morning. We gave the company a call to be sure they received the order since we hadn't heard anything from them. They were understandably upset, since it was a last-minute addition to their day, but worked with us on timing to find a good solution for everyone. Once we worked out the details, communication was great and the company was able to help us on short notice. The movers, Amin and Poya, showed up at a good time for us, and they were able to save my husband and me a lot of difficulty with moving out of our apartment. They brought helpful tools and arranged our things in the U-HAUL truck to maximize space usage, and tied large items securely for our upcoming drive. They even helped us with our tow dolly. We couldn't have completed our move on time without their help! We would recommend them for their expertise, efficiency, and affordability.

I hired Alliance for unloading with less than 48 hours notice as another movers I had on u-Haul never got back to me. Very clear communication - I was contacted by phone an hour after booking and also received an email invoice right away. The movers arrived at my location before me and saved a parking spot. Very efficient and helpful with the unloading. We were done in 90 mins even though my apartment did not have an elevator. Highly recommend.

Chose Alliance after first assigned company did not contact me promptly. Alliance was highly responsive. All I had to do it text picture of my items and provide my info (address, size of truck) and the acknowledged quickly. Rolando and Roberto Lopez sent by Alliance were truly outstanding! I was extremely fortunate to have found them after my primary movers fell out. They showed up on time and expertly loaded my uHaul. Everything was protected, my home was not marked or damaged despite moving heavy objects, and nothing broke during the move due to their securing of boxes and furniture in the truck. Finished exactly on time. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much!! If you want a great mover, use them!!

Movers were awesome. Had a father-son duo helping me out who were very efficient, honest, and hardworking. They arrived early, but gave me a call in advance to see if that was okay, which impressed me how punctual and considerate they were.They handled my items with utmost care, packing them in my uhaul sensibly and with caution for my delicate items. Additionally, they helped me move out an old, heavy couch that I was discarding -- no complaints from either gentlemen and somehow were able to move it without my help despite my offering. Really went above and beyond!
