On my move day Oscar and his helper arrived over and hour late and this was an out of town move. My couches were pinned against the rail of the uhaul with nothing between them and got damaged. My headboard to my bed was damaged. I reached out to the number he text me from and of course no response. They were very friendly and worked the entire time but it's not coll to damage people's furniture and totally ignore them.

This team was great. Amazing communication and attitude. Creative problem solving with getting around corners and up stairs. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Moving is so stressful and movers and can or break your day. This team was willing to be flexible on timing when some last minute concerns came up. They showed up on time, were friendly and positive throughout the experience, and stayed late to help us get things right. I really appreciate everything they did to make our move smoothly. Really exceeded expectations and especially at this price point, it's a no brainer.

On the overall experience I could not give the company 5 stars, I understand they asked if I would check to make certain everything was gotten but, they should have requested a final walk through. This caused me to miss my large rug and will have to rent a trailer to get it moved
