On my move day Oscar and his helper arrived over and hour late and this was an out of town move. My couches were pinned against the rail of the uhaul with nothing between them and got damaged. My headboard to my bed was damaged. I reached out to the number he text me from and of course no response. They were very friendly and worked the entire time but it's not coll to damage people's furniture and totally ignore them.
