Poor communication. A lot of stipulations that I didn’t find out until already booking and confirming move. Did not move everything out as expected and did not come back to finish job. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.

I’m glad with the job done by the guys. They had to unload the truck and they made a great job with no damages. The only thing in my opinion need to be improved is the communication. When I reserved the service I was expecting to be contacted by the company. After one week I decided to call them to have confirmation of the job. I accepted the suggestion to have one more helper and that was good because they finished quickly. The day of the service I texted them to have the estimated time of arrival. Overall I am happy with the job.

The day of the move, I hadn’t heard from the company and it was 15min after my start time. I reached out to the company to get an ETA, in which they were delayed due to another job and it would take another 2 hrs or so before they get to me. It would have been great if the company reached out before hand to explain there was a delay instead of me having to reach out. I requested 10am to 12pm and they didn’t show until almost 1230. Fine job moving the items I had, but communication can be better.
