First off I’ll say Ive booked this company a total of 3 times . The first time they arrived 1-2 hours late , the second time they arrived late and when they got there complained about moving the TVs and not being liable which no one told me they didn’t like moving TVs before hand. This last time was the absolute worst. Partly due to the owner (Linwood) being super unprofessional and rude. He confirmed the details with me 10 days before my move date. The day before my move date he texts asking if i can move my time to earlier , i stated 1 hour earlier (1100 am) he said nevermind, he then texts me again that night at 8 pm he mentioning that i booked on the site for morning but requested 12 pm, but when i confirmed 10 days prior , nothing was said about this. He then said they would arrive 1230-1 and mentioned that they had 6 other bookings that day, that i wasn’t his only customer and that my 12pm arrival time screwed his whole schedule up. He is rude, i don’t recommend.
