Too Tough Moving

I reserved them last minute. I had a full 26 foot truck and ask for three hours of work. These guys worked in record setting heat wave and knocked out that trailer in 2 hours!! They moved heavy items upstairs where I wish I could carry it like they did. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys TO ANYONE!!! They were phenomenal!!

There was minimal communication leading into the day of service. The care for items certainly lacked, ended up with a damaged TV and some damage to furniture from it being slid across rough surfaces. The job was completed in 2 hours.

I was sent a couple of teenagers (15 year-olds) with no experience, initiative nor strength for the job and we ended up having to do most of the heavy work ourselves.

These guys were professional from the start of communication on when they were coming to when they finished moving my last item. They were extremely quick and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend using this company!

Neil and his 2 men did a great job with loading and unloading. They were a little late but it was communicated. They were fast and efficient with my heavy items and carful with them. I would definitely recommend them and hire them for my next move!

Awful experience with Too Tough Moving, especially the owner Neil Komma. I had to reach out after booking through U-Haul—he never contacted me first. On the phone, he was condescending and rude. When he arrived, he refused to move or break down my beds, which I expected to be included. He also complained about making multiple trips, even though he was still within the three-hour window and finished early. After refusing to move several items, he got loud and demanded the pay code in an aggressive, confrontational way. Zero professionalism and a hostile attitude the entire time. I would never use this company again and don’t recommend it to anyone.
