Following the chart provided on the website, I hired a 2-person team for 4 hours to unload my moving truck into our new 3-bedroom house. After consultation with the company, they agreed to send 3 people instead and were able to get the job done in about 3 hours. The day before unloading day, I needed to adjust the scheduled time, and they were flexible and agreed to do so. On loading day, due to traffic and a stop for breakfast, they arrived about 25 minutes later than planned. They were respectful and helpful, even moving a couple pieces of furniture to a different location after we changed our minds about placement. At times, they were rushing and less careful. One of our dining room chairs was badly scuffed, but not broken, when it fell onto the road from the dolly one of them was using.

I was extremely pleased and impressed both with the communication and scheduling from the office, and with the two movers who did a PHENOMENAL job. I was extremely impressed with their work, the care they took, and just the way they handled everything from start to finish. I thought I would have to finish what would be left to move after the allotted time, but they finished everything with 30 minutes to spare, and nothing left to move, nothing damaged, nothing broken. Everything was where it needed to be. They were AMAZING. I will definitely call on you again when the next occasion arises. Please thank them again for their super hard work and professionalism. I give them maximum stars!!!
