Really disappointed the job was not finished. Paid for 5 hours and 2 guys, one guy was sitting down for about 2 hours of the move. 2nd floor items were left on the first floor and we were told they would be taken up on the return trip. Movers quit 10 min into the second load of the truck and still asked to be paid for an additional hour via Zelle. We specifically asked the movers to not take the dresser drawers out because they are near impossible to get back in, they were removed prior to coming into the first floor of the house and left that way. I have furniture with marks and damaged trim where the dresser hit. As a whole we paid for six hours of work and at best received 3. Showing up smelling of weed is not the most professional look. Ended up paying another company this morning who finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would not use this service again.
