Dre and Lee did a great job with moving my flooring order upstairs. I really appreciate their professionalism, hard work and flexibility after several delays on the flooring delivery (which they had nothing to do with).

Very unprofessional. They kept making trips to their car to do who knows what (although I have an idea). Loaded the truck so poorly that all my things wouldn't fit. I wish I had taken pictures..smh. They had my huge mirror laying flat with things piled on top if it. My headboard is scratched up and a piece of the wood chipped. It took them 5 hours to load and unload a 1 bedroom on a 20 ft truck (and still didn't have room for it all. Keep in mind that everything was 98.5 percent packed already. The only way I can describe the job that was done would be a HOT MESS! Take it from me, just go ahead and pay more to get somebody else. I forgot to mention that I had 2 people to assist with bringing stuff to the truck for them and they still couldn't load it right or fast. They really should be ashamed. They could at least watch a you tube video to get some idea of wtf they were supposed to be doing. Now I'm left to go back and forth getting the rest of my things because they are incompetent.
