A cut above

The guys who came to do the move were professional and friendly. There was a miscommunication when their boss let us know only upon arrival that moving the upright piano would be an additional $400. I told him that the woman who called when I booked them (and who was told there was a piano) should have told me that at that time. But that’s not on the guys who actually did the loading.

these guys are the best. they had great communication and got a 10 foot truck (full to the brim!) unloaded in 40 minutes. they had great manners. 1000 percent worth every penny. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. thank you guys!!

If you have other options it would be advised to use them. Horrible packing and customer service. If you are in a pinch and literally no one else is available including day laborers in front of a Home Depot, use them but get the safe coverage insurance.

The guys were really nice but they did not do a good job with loading up my truck & showed up 1.5 hours late. They didn't properly organize the bigger vs. smaller items and unfortunately broke my 75 inch tv. Management was very understanding when I brought it to their attention however I didn't have the best experience with the company.

I accidentally scheduled for the wrong day, but a cut above was able to change the schedule back to today as opposed to tomorrow at the last minute. That was very helpful. The guys hustled and unloaded my truck quickly. My only suggestion would be to bring a handtruck or a cart to save them a little time. But overall, it was a great experience and I would certainly use them again. I tipped them in cash.
