I had a HORRIBLE experience with A Cut Above. There were 3 issues 1. My stuff was damaged. Four pieces of furniture were scratched & dented and a large, framed mirror was shattered. The owner (Justin Corey) said he would come look at it. A week later, I emailed pics of everything. It’s been 4 weeks and he’s done NOTHING. My only option to recover over $1,000 of damages is a lawsuit. 2. I was overcharged. The move took longer than estimated. The crew leader told me the balance due and insisted I send it to him via Cash App. While Justin agreed that I was overcharged, he refused to issue me a full refund. So far he's paid me $75 of the $480 owed. 3. The job wasn’t finished. The movers left without moving some furniture from the first floor to its destination in the house. Justin told me that another crew would return to do so. Two weeks later, I paid someone else to complete the job. The team was efficient yet careful with unloading. The were very communicative when scheduling and kept us updated with their timeline. I would highly recommend!
