There was good and bad working with this provider. First the good. These guys knocked out of the park as far as service goes. When they got there they got right to work and unload a mostly full 15ft U-Haul truck to a second floor apartment in about an hour. Just phenomenal. Now the bad...horrible communication. It took nearly a full 24 hours for them to confirm the job after it was booked. Then on the day of the move they were late and they did not call to inform us. Thought they were not gonna show. When I called their phone went straight to voice mail which indicates their phone is off. This is highly unprofessional and cuase undue stress.

The guys did a great job moving. They were on time and packed the truck in a neat and orderly fashion. I ended up having to pay for an extra hour which was unexpected as the moving took longer than needed.
