Scheduled a move for 330pm. The movers showed up at 430pm (an hour late). The owner of this company sent two young teenagers for a big move via 26’ box truck unload. They only completed half the job. The movers, Abdul and Rasheem were great and wonderful to work with. However, the owner of the company is absolutely not organized and did not send the right people for the job.

There were things that were great and a couple of things I wished were different. First, they were respectful, very hard working, came with extra workers, and worked efficiently. They knew also how to pack a truck well. The 2 things that were hard for us were the chaos that our house was left in; admittedly we had a lot to move, I just wish an effort was made to stack items in a way that allowed us to use our house; effort was made after I had to ask to re move some essential items around; so my kids had a place to sleep. So that was helpful, I guess I just wish it should be assumed for a family move. Also, many boxes were in the wrong rooms (many were also put in the correct rooms). Overall, they will get the job done and be respectful and careful with your items; we’re just having a hard time digging out of the chaos the unload left us in. I did appreciate their hard work and staying until it was done.
