John and his crew were wonderful! He listened to all my concerns and took care of my fragile items. I lived in an apartment complex that was five stories up with no elevator. This was a hard tedious job and they were quick, efficient , professional, careful and caring the whole way through with a smile on their face! U haul changed my pick up location last minute and they were able to communicate and be flexible with changing the meet up time, to fix a situation that was out of my control, and made all the difference! Thank you John! I know who to come to for our future moving needs!

John and Vince were amazing! They were able to expertly fit everything into our U-Box within an hour which was extremely impressive considering all of the things we had.
