Quick and safe

The people came to load my service they was poor. They damage my things. They not shown up on their schedule date which was 08-24-2024, but they came on 08-25-2024. They lied to me and told me, they will bring a 26 feet TRUCK, take my things to U-hail facility in Lynnwood, WA & load them on my 8 U-boxes that I was previously reserved from U-Haul and lock them up and send me the pictures that they lock it up because they promised me & take 8 lock from me. But they didn't, when I called U-Haul to reconfirm about that matter & U-Haul told me that the mover guys not locked the boxes. After then I went Lynnwood, WA U-Haul facility to lock them for my safety and security. So, your guys are lier & I want my money back. I already make a written complain with photograph to Consumer Protection division of the Washington State Attorney General's Office about that matter. Please refund my money $1466.95 with the compensation to me as soon as possible. The damage total ate $1800. Thank you.

Quick and Safe stayed true to their name! They arrived in a timely manner, had the experience to make the moving process go smoothly, handled items carefully, and had my UBoxes unloaded quickly! They were also very helpful when they noticed pieces missing from my furniture and even helped us search for some missing screws. I would recommend this company to others for moving help.
