Excellent communication and coordination up front. Less impressed with the two guys that showed up for the job. Lack of efficiency with a lot of chit-chatting in the truck between trips and the one guy seemed like he’d never moved furniture in his life. There’s an art to moving big items around tight spaces and he didn’t have it. Several unfortunate chips and scratches as a result. Based on the communication and professionalism from the owner and dispatcher, I think I just got the B-team on this one.
